At Team Alex, our customers are typically car dealership and their clients. Communication is crucial, as they are conducting business with every transport.
You are the last step in a customer's transaction with that dealership and timely delivery plays a vital role in everyone's satisfaction.
A happy customer means repeat transport business, which could result in more business for you, as well.
Following these instructions and maintaining good communication with us and our customers will help make a smooth transport for everyone.
#1 - Call the customer 12 - 24 hours prior to both scheduled pickup & delivery dates to verify if anything changed, get any last-minute instructions and provide customer a pickup or delivery window
#2 - Document on the BOL how many sets of keys and if there was owner’s manual included with vehicle
#3 - NO DROP BOX DELIVERIES…BOL must be signed by dealer!
#4 - Under no circumstances are you to discuss pricing with customers--verbally or in writing
#5 - Please mark as Picked Up and Delivered on Central Dispatch
#6 - Once you pick up a vehicle, you are to keep it in your procession until you drop it off at its destination, unless otherwise instructed.
